SF6-GAS REFILLING AND EVACUATING DEVICES

These devices are for simple service at SF6-plants. In case of drop in pressure or putting into operation you can fill in the gas with the gas refilling device from the SF6-bottle.  With the evacuating devices you can also evacuate the air out of the gas compartment.  Several versions (portable-mobile) with different vacuum pumps are deliverable.

Vacuum pump stands for evacuation of air out of the gas compartment.  Vacuum pumps with a nominal suction capacity of 16-100m3/h are avaiable.  All vacuum stands are equipped with a filling connection at which SF6-gas can be filled by a filling device.

SF6-MEASURING DEVICES

In order to maintain the quality of the SF6-gas, it is necessary to carry out measurements periodically.   Possible contaminations of the gas must be recognized and eliminated in time.  The following factors can be determined with our measuring devices: -

• Moisture measurement by determination of the dew point.

• Determination of decomposition products.

• Volume percentage of SF6-gas.

• SF6-leak detection.

THE PICCOLO SERIES

The Piccolo Series offer a variety of combination possibilities.  By the modular system, you can combine the devices according to your needs.  Whether gaseous or liquid storage, combined units with compressor and vacuum compressor or everything together, all this can be realized with the Piccolo Series.  Furthermore, you can also execute all necessary maintenance works at your SF6-plants.
