FROM DESIGN TO FINISHED PRODUCTS
The following steps are taken in the manufacturing program:-
DESIGN
The HP Valves standard program is designed to different international standards like: ANSI B16.34, BS1414 & 5352, API 600 & 602 and DIN3840. Special executions to customer specifications are designed on request.
FORGING
Valves bodies, bonnets, yokes and glands are forged and subcontracted from forge-masters approved by TÜV. Free-form parts can be forged to special customer-made design. Material certificates to EN 10 204/3.1B will be supplied as a standard. Material certificates to EN10 204/3.1A or C can be supplied optional.
MACHINING
Main Valve parts are machined in HP Valves Production Department equipped with the most modern CNC machining centers, operated by well-trained and skilled workmen.
BRAZING
HP Valves is following a unique process by brazing the seat into the valve body with a special nickel compound, using a high temperature vacuum furnace.
ASSEMBLY
After machining and brazing the seat into the valve body, the valve is ready for assembly.
TESTING
Every Valve will be hydrostatically tested to a choice of following international standards: ANSI B16.34, API598, BS6755 Part 1, DIN2320. Test certificates to EN 10 204/3.1B will be supplied as a standard. Test certificates to EN 10 204/3.1A or C can be supplied optional. Testing for cryogenic or hydrostatic application can be supplied optional.
COATING
Valves will be coated with a aluminum protective paint, suitable for temperature up to 600°C. Special coating to customers specifications can be supplied on request.
Quality Control will be carried out according to the Quality Control Program throughout the whole manufacturing process. HP Valves Warehouse carries stock of un-machined and machined valve parts, which enables us to offer our clients full flexibility and competitive delivery time.
