Model 1500 Tub Grinder

Designed for: The largest of eight Morbark Tub Grinders, the Model 1500 is designed for extremely large volume wood waste grinding.

Applications: The largest municipal and private solid waste facilities, landfills, contractors and wood yards.

Capabilities: Processes virtually any size and shapes of wood waste material, including stumps, logs, brush, ties, pallets, bark, green waste and C&D debris at rates of 180-500 cubic yards per hour, depending on the material being processed.  Effective as a primary or secondary grinder.  Product screens available to meet any sizing requirements.

Benefits: The only 15 foot tub grinder on the market.  Completely portable and can be set up in five minutes.  Morbark offers the only tubs on the market with complete breakaway torque limiter, eliminating the need for troublesome belt drives, belts, sheaves and jack shafts.  Standard features include full hydraulic tub tilt, hydraulic folding conveyor, dual auger discharge, state-of-the-art pressure compensated hydraulic system and hydraulic rod puller.

Model 1400 Tub Grinder

Designed for: The Model 1400 is designed for extra large volume wood waste disposal, reduction and recycling.

Applications: Large municipal and private solid waste facilities, landfills, contractors and wood yards.

Capabilities: Processes virtually any size and shape of wood waste material, including stumps, logs, brush, ties, pallets, bark, greet waste and C&D debris at rates of 150-400 cubic yards per hour depending on the material being processed.  Effective as a primary or secondary grinder.  Product screens available to meet any sizing requirements.
