Model 1000 Tub Grinder

Designed for: Commercial volume wood and yard waste disposal, reduction and recycling.  also, fuel production from slash, bark and flail debris in a chipping operation (with Forestry package).

Applications: Tree service companies, government entities, composting operations, military bases, contractors and forest products producers.

Capabilities: Processes wood waste such as brush, pallets, demolition and land clearing debris and yard waste up to eight inches in diameter at rates of 40-100 cubic yards per hour depending on the material.  Effective as a primary or secondary grinder.  When equipped with Morbark's patented chip thrower and forestry package, will process bark and debris from a flail operation for fuel and throw the material into a chip van.  Product screens available for any sizing requirements.

Benefits: The heaviest construction of any tub grinder in its class on the market.  the only 10 foot hydraulic tub tilt, RPM sensor, dual auger discharge, hydraulic folding conveyor and pressure compensated hydraulic system.

Model 1050 Tub Grinder

Designed for: Large commercial volume wood and yard waste disposal, reduction and recycling.

Applications: Municipalities, landfills, land clearing and demolition contractors, composting facilities, wood yards and pallet recyclers.

Capabilities: Processes wood waste such as brush, pallets, demolition and land clearing debris and yard waste up to 10 inches in diameter at rates of 60-130 cubic yards per hour depending on the material.  Effective as a primary or secondary grinder.  Product screens available to meet any sizing requirements.

Benefits: Heavy duty frame and suspension make it possible to equip this unit with a knuckleboom loader.  This increases productivity and reduces the need for support equipment.  Very good production ca be realized with a relatively low capital investment.  Completely self-contained and portable.  Hinged flanges on tub sides make this unit completely highway legal with no permits required.  Dual augers discharge with pressure sensor is superior to belt under the hammer-mill.  Includes full hydraulic tub tilt, hydraulic folding conveyor and pressure compensated hydraulic system.  Available with swing of fixed hammers.
