Temperature & Climatic Chambers for vehicle and component high altitude testing.  Dynamometer implementation & interface management for all Dyno suppliers.  Sun simulation systems with height and angular adjustable frame solutions, moveable solar simulator for uniform solar testing of various vehicle configurations.  Hydropuls chambers, movable and speed controlled fan solutions, nozzle and duct layout, drive-in corrosion test facilities, container type corrosion test chambers for tests according to DIN 50021, 50017 / 50018 and miscellaneous company standards.

 

ROM's Environmental chambers are unlimited in size and accessories.  They are built for long availability on a level of high technical performance.

 

 

VEHICLE ELECTRONICS

Automated ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) temperature cycling tunnels for end of line functional tests.  Automated conveyor control and testing on high trough-put production lines.

 

ROM production integrated equipment is testing In-Line, reliable, in 3 shift, 12 months a year.

 

CALIBRATION, SERVICE & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

PTB certified measuring system for temperature, relative humidity, air flow, pressure.  Service and maintenance department for on site and remote service, service partners in foreign countries.

Renewal of CWTs, turnkey facilities, refrigerant systems, secondary refrigerant plants with environmental friendly coolants.
