MECHANICAL TEST
Fall Down Test for Electrical Irons - Model 5811

The purpose of this test is to test mechanical stability of fixing the thermostat in electrical irons. By falling down 200 times on a steel support this stability is tested.
Technical Data:
The equipment consists of a table with a vertical frame. On the table is 15 kg steel support is placed.
The test is executed with an up/down going pneumatic cylinder. The fall height is 40mm, 20 falls/minute.
control unit has a counter with automatic stop after pre-set amount of test cycles and a cycling timer for the control of the up/down movement.
