IMPACT TEST EQUIPMENT
To ensure a product is durable enough to withstand external damage, it is necessary to simulate mechanical stress in the form of impact testing.
Spring Operated Impact Hammer

The Hammer simulates mechanical impact to the surface of the enclosures of electrical appliances and components. Its function so that a compressed spring accelerates a hammer head to hit the sample undergoing testing. The spring is released from a locked mechanism by pressing a conical top of the test hammer against the sample.
Technical Data:
Each hammer is calibrated to one of the energies: 0,2-0, 35-0, 5-0,7Nm
IEC Reference: 65, 335, 598, 601, etc.
Weight: 2 kilos, L x Q = 300 x 50mm
Calibration Device for Impact Hammer

The purpose of the Calibration Device for the Impact Hammer is to verify its proper energy value. The impact hammer head hits a pendulum. The deflection angle indicates the energy value on a scale.
Technical Data:
Table Top Unit
Bearing mounted pendulum
Calibration scale: values 0,2-0, 35-0, 5-0,7Nm
Reference: CEE Rec. No. 7
Weight: 10 kilos
Dimensions: H x W x L = 800 x 300 x 500mm
Pendulum Impact Test

A Pendulum Impact Hammer is commonly used for testing installation materials. It has the recommended 10 kilo steel sheet support. The impact energy can be varied by changing the falling height of the hammer head.
Technical Data:
Wall mounting
Scale for fall height
Total weight: 40 kilos
Dimension: H x W x L= 800 x 300 x 110mm
