MECHANICAL TEST

Torque Drivers - Model RTD 6, 12, 26, 50

Screw bonds in electrical appliances shall be tested so that a specified maximum torque is applied on the screw bond to control that the screw bond will not be damaged.

Technical Data:

• The torque drivers are testing maximum torque accepted on screw bonds according to relevant standard.

• The principle of the torque driver is that the operator set a torque value on the scale of the torque driver.  When the operator uses the driver it reaches the set value, the torque is limited to this value with a "snap over" mechanism.

• The driver can be calibrated easily with a calibration screw at the top of the handle.

Calibration Device for Torque - Drivers Model OM2

Torque Drivers need regular calibration.  For this purpose, we offer long time stable calibration device.

Technical Data:

• The calibration equipment is of mechanical design and long time stable.

• Torques can be measured by connections to rotating fixing device.  The actual torque value can be read on a scale with a pointer.

• Torque value can be measured +/-6Nm.

• The instrument is table standing.
