Technical Training Program (TTP)

Our goal is to provide the best quality training program available using the state of the art technology, software, equipments and also able to advance the level of knowledge among professionals within the respective fields

This training program is intended to provide individuals with knowledge, skill and attitude needed to perform a specific job function. Formal training is needed when one or more people in an organization need new skills or knowledge (transfer of knowledge).

We offer the following programs: -

•  Publicly scheduled training (PST) including seminars, courses, workshops and tutorials.

•  On-Site (In-House) training (OST).

A practical and economic way to train larger group at customer's site. Courses are tailored and conducted exclusively for customer's requirement.

•  On-the-job-training (OTJT) and/or On-site consulting training (OSCT).

As the names imply, these training program combines consulting services with our selected training courses, lectures and workshops (practical works). It is typically offered at customer's facility (or selected site). Participants in this program work on the projects with supervision from the specialist instructors (experts) who help them along. This is the most useful program when customers want their personnel to do the work but they also need initial guidance by the experts.

PowerQ offers pre-packaged courses and the length (duration) of the courses can very On-site, subject to customer's requirement. The pre-packaged courses generally involve a single instructor (expert) and a certain selected combination of pre-packaged courses may also be taught by a single instructor.

Tailoring of courses is also possible to meet customer's need (certain topics may be eliminated, others expanded and new topics added). This is the most common method to customize On-site courses (workshops, tutorials).
